Take 1 sachet per day for 15 days in a row. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass, add water (approximately 100ml), shake well and drink. Repeat this intake for 3 to 12 months. Precautions: Not recommended during pregnancy, breast-feeding and to children under 6 years old. Do not take in case of allergy to any of the constituents of the supplement.
