Apply in the morning and evening. 1. Put a drop on your fingertips and apply around each eye. Press 3 times above and below the eye contour. 2. Gently press each drop with a circular motion around the eye, using 2 fingers, to drain and decongest puffiness. 3. Use your fingers to smooth from the inner corners of the eyes and eyelids to the outside.
