Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing the site. The order and / or purchase of a product implies the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as their full and complete adhesion to the respective conditions.
Users of the site will be bound, in respect of any contracts entered into with Glams Secret through the website, by the version of the Terms and Conditions that are in force at the time of conclusion of the agreement. Therefore, it is recommended to periodically consult the Terms and Conditions by the users of the website.
2. Glams Secret Website Target Audience
The content of this site is intended to sell, to people 18 years of age or older, products that, in some cases, are only for sale in international stores.
Glams Secret does not guarantee that the contents of the website are appropriate or available for use in territories other than Portugal. People who choose to access this site through other countries, will do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
3. Warranty
The legal regime for the sale of consumer goods contained in Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of April 8, amended by Decree-Law no. 84/2008, of 21 May, is applicable to the sale of products by Glams Secret.
4. Liability Restrictions
Glams Secret website may contain links to third party electronic pages or be accessed through other electronic pages. Glams Secret can not be held responsible for them, namely for the control of contents, availability, operation or performance.
The information provided on this website is not intended to replace the opinion of a health professional or any other expert, and this information is purely informative and educational.
Any decision made on the basis of the information provided on this website is entirely the sole responsibility of the user, and no responsibility is assumed by Glams Secret.
5. Payment
To make the payment of orders from Portugal you can choose the following payment methods:
- ATM;
- MB Way;
- Credit card;
- PayPal.
For international orders (made from abroad) you can choose the following payment methods:
- Credit card;
- PayPal.
5.1. ATM
To make a payment using an ATM reference, go to the ATM that is closest to you or use your Homebanking.
Always use the "Purchase Payments" option to make your payments.
You have 3 days to pay for your order. On the 4th day, your order will be automatically canceled by our system.
5.2. MB Way
If you choose to pay with MB Way, please make sure you have your phone with you and Internet access.
You will receive a "Pending Payment" notification on the MB Way app. Upon opening the notification, you will be asked to validate the purchase. To validate, click on "Accept".
You have 5 minutes to validate the payment of your order. After this period, your order will be automatically canceled by our system.
Note: in the MB Way app, payment will appear to "HIPAY ME Beauty/Cosmetics/Perfumes| XXXXXXXXX".
5.3. Credit Card
For payment by Credit Card, you must select the Credit Card option.
You will be redirected to the Hipay page, where you will be asked for your card number to authorize the payment, along with other details such as the name of the cardholder, the expiration date and the security code of the card, which is on the back of the card and which is composed of three digits.
5.4. Paypal
If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal page so that you can pay with your account.
Note: Although it is possible to see the products in other currencies, all payments are made in EUROS.
5.5. Fees and/or Taxes
All products for sale at Glams Secret are subject to the Portuguese VAT rate (tax) in force.
For countries outside the European Community, orders may still be subject to the applicable customs duties. All payments of customs fees or any other type of tax are the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstances may Glams Secret be held responsible for any consequential liability.
5.6. Important Note
All payments made on the glamssecret.com website or through our payment methods will always appear on your bank statement or credit card statement marked as "Sweettextures" or "Sweettextures, Lda" or "Hipay".
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1. National Customers
To send your orders, Glams Secret has at your disposal the following carriers:
- CTT (Portuguese Post Office).
For all orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically, depending on the weight of the products.
The delivery time for your order is always dependent on the confirmation of your payment.
If you choose the option "Payment by ATM", we suggest that you do it preferably until the 16h of the day of the order, since thus your order will be shipped the same day. If you pay after this time, your order will be shipped the next day.
Note: When placing an order, if you wish, you can confirm with the customer service the stock availability of the products. If stock is available, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as payment is made. If your order is expected to take longer, our support service will contact you. In case of momentarily unavailable stock, you will be notified by email or telephone, in order to indicate an estimated delivery date.
The delivery time is, without commitment, usually the following:
- Continental Portugal: 1 business day;
- Madeira & Azores: Up to 5 business days;
- European Community countries: Up to 10 business days;
- Countries outside the European Community: Up to 25 business days;
- Brazil: Up to 50 business days.
At the time of placing your order, take into account the periods of higher orders, such as Christmas, New Year's Eve or holiday periods. At this point, your order is more likely to arrive outside the deadlines described above.
Security: All orders shipped by Glams Secret are subject to signature of proof of delivery. If you know that there will be nobody to receive the order at the address you intend to place, please add another one. If no one is available upon delivery of the order, the carrier will leave a note with the notice for picking up at the post office.
6.2. International Customers
We sell all over the world and ship with the same efficiency and rigor.
Checking the Order Status & Tracking: If you are a registered customer, simply access your account to find out what state your order is in.
If you have placed an order without registering at Glams Secret, just contact us to know more information about your purchase. In these cases, always have the number of your order with you.
To know the state of transport of your order, you can do so through the tracking number that is in the email with the details of your shipment. This number is activated as soon as the order leaves the warehouse. To do this simply go to the selected carrier's page, enter the tracking number and from there you can see where your order is.

6.3. Returned orders
Whenever an order is returned for one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect or insufficient address;
- Exceeded the deadline for pick up at the post office;
- Exceeded the deadline for payment of postal delivery (Brazil);
it is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping costs for the shipment. This information will be sent by email.
If the customer does not wish to receive the order anymore, the refund of the products value will be made in a discount coupon, to be used in an upcoming purchase.

6.4. Orders not received
Whenever an order is not received for one of the following reasons:
- Delivery to wrong address;
- Delivery to another person;
- Loss;
- Others;
the customer will have to wait 5 to 7 business days for the appropriate inquiries to be made with the carrier.
In these cases, whenever the delivery does not occur, the value of the products will be returned or new units will be sent.

7. Right of free resolution ("right of repentance")
The customer of Glams Secret has the right to free resolution of the contract of purchase and sale of products without having to indicate any reason. The term to exercise the right of resolution expires 15 days from the day the client (or a third party indicated by the client) acquires the physical possession of the property. Within that same time, the customer must return or deliver the product to Glams Secret. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the order to Glams Secret.
In order to exercise your right of free resolution, you must notify us of your decision to terminate the contract by means of the Free Resolution Form Template, or by means of an unequivocal statement (eg letter sent by post or email to info@glamssecret.com.
If you make use of this possibility, we will send you, without delay, a notice of receipt of the request for resolution by electronic mail.
You may use the Free Resolution Form Template provided by Glams Secret, but this is not required. The declaration may be sent to:

Within the expected period the product must be returned as delivered, with no indication of use, with all components and in the original packaging. If you are not in the conditions described, Glams Secret reserves the right not to accept your return. Always attach your invoice to your order.
In case of termination of the contract, all payments made, including the initial delivery costs of the order, will be reimbursed to the customer without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the date on which Glams Secret is informed of the resolution decision. Glams Secret makes these refunds as follows, unless otherwise agreed by you:
- ATM - by bank transfer, requesting the customer's IBAN;
- MB Way - by bank transfer, requesting the customer's IBAN;
- Credit card - directly on the credit card used in the initial transaction;
- PayPal - directly to the PayPal account used in the initial transaction.
In any case the customer does not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the order to Glams Secret. We only refund the shipping value if the shipment you sent is incorrect or if the product is defective. Please do not send orders to collect, these will not be accepted by Glams Secret.
In the absence of any of the components of the product sold, or if any of them are not in perfect condition, no refund will be made.
You may not cancel the purchase if you have already used the goods except to the extent necessary to verify their nature, their characteristics and their functioning, according to the law.
The customer may not return the products indicated in article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14, including sealed goods not susceptible of return, for reasons of health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery.
The refund may take 10 to 20 business days. For payment with credit card, refund may take up to 30 business days.
8. Personal Data Treatment
Your personal data will be processed by Sweettextures Lda. For the purpose of customer management and, if you do not object, to sending marketing communications. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition and erasure in writing to the address Rua Camilo Castelo Branco, n.º 983, PQ4, Parque Empresarial do Candal, 4400-063 Vila Nova de Gaia or by e-mail info@glamssecret.com.

9. Promotional Products
Glams Secret can offer its customers the purchase of products that are in promotional campaigns of the respective supplier. If you purchase products under these conditions, the customer accepts that Glams Secret will cut or remove the bar codes or other identifying elements necessary to participate in the promotional campaign. That does not affect the rights granted by law to the customer, in particular as regards the guarantees.
10. Alternative Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may use an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity.
You may use the European ODR Platform or any Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
Glams Secret website is owned by Glams Secret. The content of the site is protected by the intellectual property rights in force in Portugal. Except as expressly permitted on the site, no material or content thereof may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, uploaded, displayed, sent or transmitted in any way.
Content downloaded from this website may not be used for commercial purposes. Modification of the same or its use for any other purpose will entail a violation of Glams Secret's intellectual property rights.
Glams Secret and all other trademarks, signs and logos appearing on the said website are protected in the name of Sweettextures Lda.. The use of any of these marks or any other content of the website is expressly forbidden, unless there is some provision otherwise.
12. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws in force in Portugal. By using the Glams Secret website, you agree that any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions of Use will be settled before the Portuguese courts.
