Adopt good sleep habits:
Stipulate a bedtime schedule, in order to have a regular sleep schedule;
Promoting relaxing activities before bedtime and having a quiet, dark, and mild-temperature bedroom environment;
Encourage physical activity in the morning or afternoon, avoiding vigorous activities in the 2 hours before bedtime;
Avoid using electronic devices before going to bed (TV, cell phones, computer, videogames, …);
Avoid stimulating drinks at night (with refined sugars or caffeine).
