Check dry hair for lice with a comb. Clean the comb after each pass to prevent reinfestations. Apply a sufficient amount of Paranix Extra Strong Shampoo evenly on dry hair, ensuring that it covers the entire hair and scalp, with a vigorous massage, from root to tip. Insist on the neck area and behind the ears. Wait 5 to 10 minutes (waiting time is vital for successful treatment). Add water to create foam and massage. Rinse thoroughly. Remove the lice and nits with the remover comb. Clean the comb after each pass. Repeat until you have combed all parts.
