Heliocare - Sun Capsules contains in its formulation Fernblock (extract of Polypodium Leucotomos), green tea and beta-carotene.
1 capsule per day in the morning (before sun exposure), 15 days before, during and 15 days after the sun exposure period. On a day of intensive and prolonged sun exposure, take 1 capsule 4 hours after the first morning capsule.
