Shake well before use and spray about 15cm away. Spray onto the hands and apply on legs. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water. Wait about 4 minutes for good drying. Once dry, it resists water and does not stain clothing. To remove the product, wash your legs with soap and water and wipe with a towel.
