Place the contents of a sachet into 120ml of cold water and stir with a fork until dissolved in whole or shaker to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes or until the desired consistency. Consume within 10 minutes.
As mousse:
Place the contents of a sachet into 120ml of cold water and stir with a fork until dissolved in whole or shaker to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add 1 or 2 beaten egg whites and involved until homogeneous. Refrigerate until desired consistency. Consume within 10 minutes.
