Blinc - Ultrathin Liquid Eyeliner Pen is an eyeliner, suitable for sensitive eyes, contact lens wearers and/or active people.
With a liquid texture and a brush of only 0.00876mm, it allows to add intense color as close to the upper and lower lash line as possible, virtually creating any look, from a thin classic line, to dramatic, winged looks.
Blinc - Ultrathin Liquid Eyeliner Pen creates a "layer of color", without the conventional eyeliners ink. Once applied, it will not run, smudge, clump or flake, even if you cry or rub the eyes.
Application: 1. Apply on clean and dry skin. 2. Gently pull the lid towards the ear and start at the inner corner of the eyelid. 3. Draw a thin line evenly along the upper lid getting as close to the lashes
as possible. 4. If the liner goes astray, a little water and a cotton bud will easily correct the problem. 5. Within 1 minute, apply additional layers of color to thicken the line. Once set, additional coats cannot be applied. Removal: Apply warm water and gentle pressure, from your fingertips, a washcloth or water pressure (i.e. shower).
