NOK protects the skin from friction (feet, pelvic area, armpits, nipples...). Prevents the formation of redness and blisters.
For athletes exposed to friction in the flexure areas of the skin and subjected to equipment rubbing against the skin (running shoes, ski shoes, cycling clothes...).
Apply before exercising, massaging into the areas to be protected. Apply 3 weeks before a competition and in case of intense friction (marathon, triathlon, ski raid). Apply a second layer without massaging.
