Shipping and Delivery

1. National Customers

To send your orders, Glams Secret has at your disposal the following carriers:

- CTT (Portuguese Post Office).

For all orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically, depending on the weight of the products.

The delivery time for your order is always dependent on the confirmation of your payment.

If you choose the option "Payment by ATM", we suggest that you do it preferably until the 16h of the day of the order, since thus your order will be shipped the same day. If you pay after this time, your order will be shipped the next day.

Note: When placing an order, if you wish, you can confirm with the customer service the stock availability of the products. If stock is available, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as payment is made. If your order is expected to take longer, our support service will contact you. In case of momentarily unavailable stock, you will be notified by email or telephone, in order to indicate an estimated delivery date.

The delivery time is, without commitment, usually the following:

- Continental Portugal: 1 business day;

- Madeira & Azores: Up to 5 business days;

- European Community countries: Up to 10 business days;

- Countries outside the European Community: Up to 25 business days;

- Brazil: Up to 50 business days.

At the time of placing your order, take into account the periods of higher orders, such as Christmas, New Year's Eve or holiday periods. At this point, your order is more likely to arrive outside the deadlines described above.

Security: All orders shipped by Glams Secret are subject to signature of proof of delivery. If you know that there will be nobody to receive the order at the address you intend to place, please add another one. If no one is available upon delivery of the order, the carrier will leave a note with the notice for picking up at the post office.

2. International Customers

We sell all over the world and ship with the same efficiency and rigor.

Checking the Order Status & Tracking: If you are a registered customer, simply access your account to find out what state your order is in.

If you have placed an order without registering at Glams Secret, just contact us to know more information about your purchase. In these cases, always have the number of your order with you.

To know the state of transport of your order, you can do so through the tracking number that is in the email with the details of your shipment. This number is activated as soon as the order leaves the warehouse. To do this simply go to the selected carrier's page, enter the tracking number and from there you can see where your order is.

3. Returned Orders

Whenever an order is returned for one of the following reasons:

- Incorrect or insufficient address;

- Exceeded the deadline for pick up at the post office;

- Exceeded the deadline for payment of postal delivery (Brazil);

it is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping costs for the shipment. This information will be sent by email.

If the customer does not wish to receive the order anymore, the refund of the products value will be made in a discount coupon, to be used in an upcoming purchase.

4. Orders not received

Whenever an order is not received for one of the following reasons:

- Delivery to wrong address;

- Delivery to another person;

- Loss;

- Others;

the customer will have to wait 5 to 7 business days for the appropriate inquiries to be made with the carrier.

In these cases, whenever the delivery does not occur, the value of the products will be returned or new units will be sent.
