It is presented in the form of an innovative tablet composed of a double layer, specially formulated so that its ingredients are released as they are needed: the first layer of the tablet, containing melatonin, releases quickly. The second layer of the tablet, containing extracts from plants such as valerian, passionflower and poppy, is released throughout the night, contributing to restful sleep.
Take 1 tablet daily half an hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the constituents of the formulation.
