Dilute 3 measuring spoons (included) in water, yogurt, juice or cold milk. Mix until the powder is completely dissolved and drink at one time, preferably fasted, before breakfast for 3 months.
Note: High safety and low caloric (42Kcal/3doses) and saline levels allow for use by pregnant women, diabetics, hypertensives, during weight loss regimens and breastfeeding mothers.
