Exchanges and Returns?
  • To return a order has a maximum of 15 days after date of invoice. Guarantee the full return of the item value, except transport, whether it is supported by you or Glams Secret.
  • The item must be returned as new, in original box, along with the documents and manuals. We do not accept product returns that indicate they have already been used.
  • In case the order is processed incorrectly or if you send a defective product, we are pleased to accept the return of the item, credit the amount of the same, we support the transportation value and take any corrective action that is presented in.

How do I make a return?

There is a possibility to see prices in currencies other than Euro?

  • Yes, you can see the price of any product in Euros, US Dollars or Brazilian Reais.
  • However it will always be charged in Euros at your bank or the company of your credit card (Visa, MasterCard ...).
  • The exchange rate is updated daily by the exact amount in your currency depends on the day on which the purchase is made.

What are the shipping costs?

  • The shipping costs are calculated automatically. After you add the product (s) (s) to shopping cart, choose the delivery location and the postage is automatically displayed. The delivery to mainland Portugal, orders over 75 euros, are free.


How can I pay for a product that is not on the site?

  • To create an account in Glams Secret, just enter the site and click on "Login" in the upper right corner.   • How can I access my account?
  • To access your account, simply click on the "Login" in the upper right corner, through which you will be redirected to the registration area. Here you must fill in the fields with their access credentials "Email address" and "Password" and click then on "Identify."
 
  • I can not Login.
  • Please confirm whether you have activated your account as indicated above, or if the credentials are correct. If, after confirmation, still unable to login please contact our Customer Support.
 
  • I have not received the confirmation email.
  • First check if it is in the spam box / junk mail.
  • If not in this case, be sure to insert the email correctly, since there may have been a mistake when typing the email. Perform new record, and if it is accepted, had been entered wrong email. Return to your email and activate your registration.
  • If the email is not accepted, means that has been done a record with the same email, recheck your spam folder or contact us.
 
  • I forgot my Password
  • You should click on the "Login" in the upper right corner. Then, just below the login fields, appears the "Forgot your password?". Click on it, enter your email and click "Submit".
  • You will receive your password in your email.
 
  • How can I change my Password?
  • After making Login, login to your account by clicking on its name (which is at the top of the page) and place your new password.
  • Your new password is available when you click "Submit".
 
  • I forgot my e-mail
  • If you forget your e-mail address that you created your account, please contact our Customer Service, indicating your personal data and the new e-mail, so we can update the information.
